Leigh Bishop - General Manager - Grade A Tunnel Manager
Over 15 years experience in microtunnelling and pipejacking with Harker Underground Construction.

Thirty years involvement in general civil construction through family businesses which includes twenty five years experience in microtunnelling and pipejacking operations and input into the design and manufacture of tunneling equipment.

Craig Rota - Operations Manager
Fourteen years experience as a civil engineer in the construction field, working on a variety of projects. Craig has operational responsibility for all projects.

Richard Croucher – Estimator HSE Manager
Richard brings a diverse perspective to Harker having worked through various aspects of contracts from inception and design through to completion. Richard is responsible for the delivery of Harker’s ACC and NZCF QEST accreditation requirements.
