- Graeme Harker - Director
- Owner and founder of Harker Underground Construction Limited. Fifty years involvement in general civil construction which includes 34 years of operating and managing his own businesses and 30 years experience in microtunnelling and pipejacking.
- Paul Cooper - General Manager
- Twenty-eight years involvement in civil engineering and construction which includes seven years with Harker Underground Construction.

- Mike Harker - Trenchless Consultant
- Thirty years involvement in general civil construction through family businesses which includes twenty five years experience in microtunnelling and pipejacking operations and input into the design and manufacture of tunnelling equipment.

- Craig Rota - Contracts Manager
- Fourteen years experience as a civil engineer in the construction field, working on a variety of projects. As Project Manager, Craig has operational responsibility for the Abbotts Way project and is now managing the Shaddock Street project in Eden Terrace, Auckland. He is also taking on a broader general operations management role in the company.
- Leigh Bishop - Operations Manager - Grade A Tunnel Manager
- Over 13 years experience in microtunnelling and pipejacking with Harker Underground Construction. His role includes site and project management, in particular slurry TBM projects including the operation of TBMs.
