The EX50 is an excavator TBM, which excavates the tunnel face within a steerable jacking shield.

The open-face of the EX50 allows the operator to have sight of the tunnel face at all times and, provides full access to the face if obstructions are encountered as well as allowing obstructions to be removed underground.

The EX50 install pipe ranging from 1800mm to 3000mm ID.
